TEAMWORK AND IMPACT: SSG RECEIVES APPLAUSE, BEST WISHES FROM STAFF ON FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF LEADERSHIP

Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, has received a heartfelt message of felicitations from his staff members on his milestone one year anniversary in office under the administration of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno.
The statement, signed on behalf of the management and staff of the office of the Secretary to the State Government by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Imaobong Okon, congratulated their Boss and further stated that his appointment is a clear testament to his unparalleled leadership capacity, hard work, result orientation, and vast experience in public service.
Mrs Okon, in the words of Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, "Leadership is never given on a silver platter: one has to earn it" noted that Prince Uwah's unique and unwavering commitment to good leadership has earned him absolute confidence in his ability to deploy the vast experience he has amassed throughout the years to make positive impacts in the state in line with the aspirations of the Governor's ARISE AGENDA.
The staff members acknowledged Uwah's positive leadership influence, teamwork, and proactiveness in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong working relationships with his staff.
The message paid tribute to the Secretary to the State Government's leadership and achievements over the past one year. "In just one year, you have inspired and motivated us to be better, to do more, and to work harder for the State Government. We are proud to be a part of your team and to work towards achieving your vision for the betterment of our dear State. Your leadership and commitment to excellence are truly commendable, and we are honoured to serve under your direction. Thank you for your guidance" the staff stated.
The Staff also expressed their profound gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Umo Eno, for appointing Prince Uwah to serve "We are grateful to His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno for recognising the skills and capacity of our Secretary to the State Government. The State Scribe has proven to be a capable and dedicated leader with integrity and loyalty, and his legacy will inspire others to strive for greatness in service to God and humanity." The statement added.
Expressing optimism for the future and better years ahead under Prince Uwah's leadership, the staff prayed for God's continued blessings for their Boss and leader. "May the Almighty God continue to bless you with more strength, wisdom, and guidance as you continue to lead us forward."
